The software is great for managing our inventory it has images, adds bar codes, manufacturers SKU and the showroom is a great start. inFlow has allowed us to become more compliant in managing Hazardous Goods.
Once you get to find your way around some, you come to see that it's going to save lots of time, and redundancies, with regard to invoices, packing slips, inventory control. But what is wonderful is it gives you a trajectory of inventory, so you never have to worry about having enough stock, or the dreaded "too-much-stock" on hand. The tech support has been friendly, and precise, even waiting on the phone as I worked through the things that I needed help with. I used to be asked by my boss, at the worst times I might add, "How much stock do we have right now?" And I'd give a guesstimate, sometimes close, sometimes I was way off, as I had to answer right away. Those days are gone thankfully, as now at any given moment I can not only give an exact stock count, but I can tell if more is needed to order and how much. The neat part too, is you can put in your own trigger amounts when stock count sinks to a certain it tells you to reorder, and you decide how much. No more guesswork!

Ease of use, saved me time, helps me breeze through taxes, calculates cost of inventory, this software saved me. Just 2 days before taxes were due. I plugged in all my receipts and calculations from the past 3 years and inFlow perfectly gave me back the numbers I needed to finish my taxes. And the calculations even matched the previous years I had filed. So i knew it was perfect. The user interface lets you get so much more done with less clicks, I've tried out other inventory solutions and can say InFlow is just the best.
We are a small, rapidly growing business. We needed to do something about our inventory management. But we didn't want too much. We just wanted the necessities. We found that in inFlow. Everything you need--and nothing you don't. It took us weeks of looking to finally come across inFlow. Every other package we downloaded and tried either 1) didn't really do very much or 2) seemed to require a CS degree to use. inFlow is very "user friendly," as they used to say. Intuitive is a good word. Organized well. Makes sense to me as a small business owner. I mean, how hard is it to come up with a software package that lets you keep track of what you have in inventory, the velocity it's going out, and alert you when you need to reorder--without a whole bunch of other "noise"? It doesn't seem like rocket science. But as far as we could find, inFlow is alone in this space. And when we had an issue with restoring a backup, customer service was great! Cassandra helped me. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She got me back on track within a few minutes. We. Love. inFlow.
I absolutely love inFlow. It has been our best friend for 2 years. I am able to keep a running inventory and send invoices like a boss. I wish it would integrate into our POS- that's the only flaw.
I think it's great. I don't know what we would do without it.
inFlow has a great colourful user interface which is easy to navigate though and logical to use. A lot of competitors products have endless grey screens and software which seems to have been adapted from massive clunky old programs, inFlow seems to have been freshly designed from the ground up and it shows. It is quick to learn how to use, a couple of days learning it and you are away. It works well for POS too so barcode scanners, tills etc integrate well. It has saved me a load of time to get on with the business rather than tapping away at the keyboard for hours to keep up. I'd recommend it if you are a small business looking for a stock control/POS program and can't afford the prices of the big (expensive) players.
inFlow is really quick, easy to use and very flexible. The customer service is unmatched; they've been able to solve any issue I've had usually within a few minutes of contacting technical support. They also have flexible licenses to support any size business and are all priced very reasonably. We've processed over 45.000 sales invoices and 8,000 purchase orders and the software runs as smoothly and quickly as the first day we used it.
I love the professional image that we are able to put forward, and the ease with which all of our invoicing, ordering, and purchasing interface. Great all in one package.

I like the flexibility of being able to customize the forms. Also the technical support if very knowledgeable and fairly quick in assisting you when there are any issues.
I have a small mattress store and keeping track of inventory like frames, mattresses by sizes, box springs, sheets, pillows Etc. is very important. Inflow helps me do everything I need to keep my business organized.

As a small jewelry wholesaler, inFlow is vital to helping us enter and fulfill our sales orders. We have over 800 SKUs to keep track of and inFlow helps us keep tabs on all that inventory. The program is easy to set-up and use right from the start. Eventually I would like to take advantage of more features that the program offers - looking forward to viewing inFlow Academy. One definite shout out is customer service. It is superb. Any time there is a glitch, or a problem, tech support responds quickly with answers/instructions even a non-techie like myself can understand. And their clear step by step instructions always solve the problem. That takes a lot of stress off the job.
After weeks of researching over 25 options inventory software I decided to buy inFlow. I am convinced this is be the best option for a small to medium sized business. I specifically like the easiness of use from the purchasing to the sales phase. The invoices and reports that it generates are and very professional looking. It is very convenient that you can print, save, and email both invoices and reports and that the reports can be customized. I am in the retail business and love the fact that I can have 3 different pricing schemes and that I can use multiple currencies.
